wow ! I like the high contrast from darkest parts against light and how you've framed the subject...seeing an eye from it :D
Very intereting shot

You know, I just noticed your photo. I love it.

Downtown Berkeley? Omg. I go there all the time. I mean.. I get on BART there all the time to go to Fremont.

BTW, do you happen to go to Cal? =P

Go Bears!

Beautiful perspective. My shots of the MCA ceiling are nice, but this color and perspective are amazing. :)

Well done my friend. Keep up the good work. D:

Wow, this is one of your more visually stunning pieces. I'm not very good at commenting on architecture, but I think you've done well in composing, placement and framing. Love the patterns and repeating shapes as well as color! :+fav:

Great shot. I was born in Berkeley, and having spent quite a bit of time there later this is a familiar sight to me. You did a fantastic job here, the lines and curves and the darks and lights work together to make an extremely engaging interplay of motion and direction that's a real feast for the eyes. Actually, it reminds me of an eye. :) Lovely, fascinating work.

wonderful composition. had i not seen the thumbnail before clicking on this i would have assumed it would be one of those photos that is completely centered, looking up at a spiral. . . you have created a photograph that is much more interesting. great work! :)

that's incredible. the different shapes almost "cut" eachother off but frame the picture perfectly.

Very well composed. There's a lot of architecture fit into the frames of this photo, and all together it comes out looking very elegant. Nice exposure too.

i really like the lines in this shot, the way it makes your eyes travle through the frame, the balance between the flooded highlights and the dark shadows. i can't decide if the object in the upper left distracts from the over all flow or not. nice job anyway.

Thank you! I'm glad the shapes had that effect on you, that was one of the things I as trying to capture :)

Heh, I actually didn't notice that thing in the corner until you pointed it out. I guess you could say its an imperfection against everything else.
